Low-Ticket (7-day rule): Don't touch any ad before day 7. ROAS ≥ 2× = scale. ROAS 1–2× = iterate (change ONE thing). ROAS below 1× = kill immediately.

High-Ticket (14–21 day rule): HT has a longer sales cycle — leads need time to book, show, and close. Judge on booked call rate and cost per call in week 1. Don't kill based on ROAS until day 14 minimum. By day 21 if you have zero calls booked from an ad, kill it.
